The eight indicators worksheet and how to implement into our lives. Below are some examples of the eight indicators. You will gauge each indicator sometimes multiple times per day depending on certain situations and how you are feeling. Hopefully after practice this is something that can be implemented with little thought, more as a reaction. When going through the indicators you will rate each on a scale from 0-10. Zero would be the center of the circle (completely missing) and ten would be the outer perimeter (hit the indicator perfectly). You are not trying for a perfect score, rather you are trying to work on things that may be missing or lacking throughout the day. Hitting a six or seven would be ideal. Caring and Tendering: How am I treating those around me, family, friends, intimate relationships, work relationships? Am I showing care and tending to these relationships? Service to the Community: How am I being of service to my community and those around me? Quiet Mind: Do I have wondering thoughts? Am I thinking into the future or past and not staying in the present? Self Love: How am I taking care of myself today? Am I taking time for myself? Sleep: How is my sleep? Am I getting adequate rest? Workouts: How are my workouts? Am I rushing through? Am I getting my weekly/daily workouts in? Career: How is my career? Am I where I want to be in my career? Nutrition: How is my nutrition? Am I getting all of my meals in? Am I cheating on my nutrition plan? Now that we have answered these questions, where can I improve? What is holding me back?
