COVID Anxiety: Helpful Tip to Relieve Anxiety and Panic Attacks

Today I want to give you a helpful tip for dealing with COVID Anxiety. Lots of clients of mine are having panic and anxiety attacks from the fear and state of the country/World. First I want to acknowledge you are not alone and please reach out to health officials if you have any health related questions or if you are feeling suicidal. This tip is a way to divert your attention away from the anxiety and toward something else.
